Yes, a team can earn Syncly Rewards. The Team Lead can enroll in the Syncly Rewards program on behalf of the participating team members and the rewards will be paid to the Team Lead, which can be used for team functions or perks.
No, the Team Lead when enrolling may list only the team members who wish to participate in Syncly Rewards collectively as a team. Individual members on a team may enroll in Syncly Rewards independent of the team if desired.
Every team transaction closed with us by an enrolled team member will collectively count toward the team’s qualifying month-end closings total.
No, agents on a team may choose to enroll as an individual or as a participating team member, but not both.
Yes, team members may switch from qualifying with their team to qualifying as an individual, or from an individual to their team, by submitting their change request to synclyrewards@synclytc.com. The status change will apply to all new transactions opened with us after the change request has been confirmed. Pending transactions when closed will count toward the month-end closings totals for the status in effect at the time the transaction was opened with us.
Dual agency transactions count as two closings toward the qualifying month-end closings total.
Syncly Rewards over $500 will be paid by check. For Syncly Rewards in the amount of $500 or less, you will receive a rewards card.
The Syncly Rewards card is a Visa Debit reward card we give as a reward to our clients who close at least five transactions with us in a calendar month. Bearing the Visa logo, Syncly Rewards cards can be used everywhere Visa Debit cards are accepted.
Yes. If you would prefer to receive a check for your Syncly Rewards, just let us know. We are happy to accommodate your request.
Syncly Rewards will be received by the end of the month following the month they were earned.
No. Visa and Mastercard reward cards can only be used to make purchases. There is no cash access to the funds on the cards via an ATM or bank transaction. If you would like to deposit your Syncly Rewards in your bank account, please request a check payment.

Syncly Rewards cards can be processed either as a debit or credit transaction. Credit transactions do not require a PIN. If you would like to use your Syncly Rewards card as a debit transaction, visit the Change/Set PIN page.
No. There are no inactivity fees associated with a Syncly Rewards card.
All Syncly Rewards cards, and any remaining balance, expire 12 months after issuance, as indicated by the “Good Thru” date on the front of the card. Once the card has expired, funds will no longer be available for use so be sure to spend your Syncly Rewards before the year is up!
Yes. Syncly Rewards cards can be used internationally; however, all international purchases are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
